Before Jack Frost brings the 2017 harvest to a halt, visit the Longmont Farmers Market on a Saturday this fall. It’s a short bike ride from West Grange, and one of Boulder County’s best markets. Choose from an array of fresh produce, local meats and organic goodies, then head home with your bounty and create deliciousness in your own kitchen for days and weeks to come. Local vendors peddle wares of all kinds, from handmade pierogies to wine, ciabatta, chocolate, and more.

A Saturday Tradition Since 1987

The Longmont Farmers Market is one of three markets run by Boulder County Farmers Markets. The nonprofit organization has been operating producer-only farmers markets in Colorado since 1987. The group is committed to support, promote and expand local agriculture by making fresh products accessible to the communities and strengthening relationships between local food producers and food consumers. Check out the calendar of events and plan your visit to one of these fantastic markets!

Head to the Boulder County Fairgrounds

The Longmont Farmers Market runs on Saturdays from 8 AM – 1 PM through mid-November at the Boulder County Fairgrounds in Longmont. Enjoy live music from 10 AM – 1 PM, and free activities for the kids. Catch the last Artisan Show of the season on Saturday, October 28th. Park the car for free at the Fairgrounds or bike to the market and use the bike valet, compliments of Bicycle Longmont. Go here to view a map of the Fairgrounds and parking lots. On your way home, check out the progress on the infrastructure at West Grange, just east of the Market on Nelson Road.
